This workshop from Intranet Future has been created to help small businesses take advantage of social media. During the workshop you will learn the mechanics of setting up a Facebook Page and a Twitter account for your business, using best practice techniques. You will also learn how to make the most of social media for your business including techniques for driving traffic to your website and increasing sales.
