A: YES - once logged in as a member, go to 'My Profile' ensure that the following is deselected in Member details.
'Click here for you to be displayed in our directory'

Q: How do I subscribe/unsubscribe to the newsletters?
A: When you have logged in, go to 'My Profile', ensure that the following is selected/deselected in Member details
'Click here to sign up to our newsletter'

Q: Can I submit an Event, News Article, Business Opportunity or Training Course myself?
A: YES - Please see fact sheet; alternatively, email us with the details that includes any images and resources.

Q: Can I change details of my Event, News Opportunity, Forum topic/message, Training course?
A: YES - please email us for any changes or deletions to any topic published on the website.

Q: Can I view Events, News, Resources categorised by interested areas only?
A: Yes, found in the Interest tab, choose one of the topics to view all Events, News, Recourses

Q: Can anyone participate in the Forum topics and messages?
A: Non members can view the discussion topics only. Members will have full access to Forum topics and posting messages.

Q: As a GEN member, how often will I receive any form of communication from the GEN team?
A: We issue monthly newsletters by email, together with additional adhoc emails.
